Nick Lang
Nick Lang is an active freelance drummer and percussionist in the greater Milwaukee area.
Holding degrees from UW-Milwaukee (BFA in classical percussion), and IU-Bloomington (MM in Jazz Studies), he brings a wealth of knowledge to the variety of musical situations he finds himself in. He has performed, toured, and recorded with such artists as Ryan Necci and the Buffalo Gospel, Long Mama, Trapper Schoepp, Derek Pritzl and The Gamble, Blind Fiction, Adam Greuel and The Space Burritos, The Hatchets, Matchstick, Extra Crispy Brass Band, BJ Fisher, The New Seven, Beauty Steps, and many others. In addition to other freelance small group work, Nick has performed with larger ensembles, including the Milwaukee Symphony POPS Orchestra.
When not on the road, recording in a studio, or performing locally, Nick spends his days in his home studio, where he provides remote sessions and private lessons.
